PWYWO is challenging you to help us change the world simply by becoming more aware of where your money is going and making informed purchases. At PWYWO we offer you complete transparency and control over how much you pay and who to pay. You are given the freedom to select a rate that you believe is fair for a song or album. This rate is then broken down so you can see exactly where your money is going and in what amount. Regardless of what rate you choose to pay for a song or album, the artist is guaranteed a fair base rate; PWYWO takes a small fee to cover our administrative costs; the remainder is allotted to a pre-determined cause. Based on where your values rest, you have the option to add the remainder to the artist's portion, leave it for the social initiative, or split it between the two causes.
